And I Love Her...acoustic duo cover of the Beatles

The recent re-posting of the Norwegian Wood cover inspired me to post this one. Just a simple acoustic duo cover of the Beatles And I Love Her.

Thanks in advance for listening and commenting.

Well ... it's not perfect, but there's something about this I really like a lot. I think it's the lady singing harmony. Nice clear contrasting voice. She actually makes the song, it wouldn't be interesting without her voice in it.

The mix was a touch muddy and maybe a splash of reverb might perk it up a little, but it sounds fine the way it is for what it is.

I listened to it three times so I must have liked it. :)

    Thanks for posting it.

Certainly not perfect - but it doesn't have to be. I really enjoyed this.

A lot of fun to listen to.

Thanks Bub and Mark for listening and the comments.  I intend to make the mix better...re-record the guitar with a combination of mic and DI and bring the vocals more to the front. I completely agree that my wife's voice makes the song...without it, it would just be boring. Thanks again.

Timing is not quite steady.  Nice singing voice: pleasant and smooth.  The female backing voice works good.  Around 0:51 female voice is a bit too loud and a bit out of pitch on the harmony.  Around 1:28 when the guitar changes key, it seems that you are struggling to hold the strings.  Try not to strum that hard, go softer to get a nicer tone on the guitar.
