Annoying Win 10 Ad Is Nomore
I want to delete it but it says I don't have permission? I have to have permission to delete it from my PC? The file is GWX.exe Next thing you know Microsoft will be fining us for not having required programs. DON"T LAUGH!

There was a Windows Update package that you have to uninstall and poof it goes away. Then you have to hide it in Windows Update so it doesn't reinstall itself. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3035583 Google uninstall KB3035583 and you'll find lots of instructions.
