Annoying background noise

Hi, I want to start recording music and the last few months i've been building my setup for it. Now i've got it all set up but i have this annoying zooming noise in the background wich I can't figure out what it is.
I personnaly think its the cheap sound card but i'd like to know what you guys think. I use:
 
-Sound blaster audigy Soundcard
-Guitar Tracks Pro 3
-I use MME
-Behringer  x1204USB mixer (Direct signal from amp and an SM57)
 
I have it with everything I record
