Another Crash Question

In the absence of any Tech Support at the moment I will ask the question here.

I am using the demo version of Ozone8 Standard and when I try to load a Reference Track
Sonar reports a Fatal Error Exception and shuts down.
I have tried  Commercial Tracks as the reference and self recorded tracks and the result is the same.

Has anyone else had a problem with this happening.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Hi. Does it have a Standalone plugin/mode? If so, does that work?
Have you done a vst reset and re scan?
I only have Ozone6, but have not had any issues using it.
Sorry to be of no more help.
    All the best.

Yes tried everything even been in touch with Izotope support.
However I did try it on another DAW (Mixcraft Pro8 ) and it worked perfectly so it can only be
    a problem with Sonar.

I'll wait until there is some sort of Tech Support and try again.

I'll give the demo of O8 on my laptop, to see if I can replicate.

I have Izotope O8N2, Ozone8 with Neutron2 strapped on, and had good success loading a reference track.

Only real problem I've had, is sometimes doing (editing) things too quickly, it will crash SONAR, often in playback mode. However, if I remember to allow processes to complete, all is well.
    Cheers.
