Another "Dock" suggestion

The control bar is only "dockable" on the main window.  When using X1 two screens, you cannot maximize second window and use the floating control bar effectively or easily.  Since there are menu items at the top of each window, you have adjust the window size to accomodate the control bar or move it to a less desirable location than the top of the window. Why not right click on control bar and have it  dockable to any open window (maybe a "Dock to" [select open window]) and  allow more than one control bar? 
 
If this function already exists: my bad.  Please let me know how to do it.  Of course, this would only be useful when using multiple screens, so those who don't use multiple screens don't need to tell me how badly this idea sucks or how it is not useful to you.
