That's some pretty freak weather you have there.

That sky looks blue, totally unnatural if y'ask me.  And why doesn't Randy look like he's freezing his nuts off and sheesh Jan is even wearing shorts, what's wrong with you people?  Are you sure those weren't taken in August?

    Where is this Californishire anyway?

I had a great time.  Thanks, guys.

Bapu and Randy were dishing the dirt on all of you.  I took some good notes for when I write my tell-all expose.
I made a point of wearing shorts to show that I can still endure this inclement weather.

Californiashire is due east or due west of England's Sunshine South Coast.  I just depends on how far you feel like driving.  I recommend the shorter of the two distances.

It's been raining for three weeks.  The weather is contractually obligated to be nice for the Rose Parade and the football game.  Then, it will rain for another three weeks.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?

    The Cannery.

I almost rented a condo right on the water where you could look almost straight down from the other side of the place and see the roof of the cannery.  Can't remember why I didn't actually...  Oh yeah, NOW I remember.  They had a boat dry dock right outside with boats stacked five and six high killing the view.

If you happen to wander into the Balboa Saloon, tell Butch the owner that I said "Hi!"  (He used to field a top-level dart team out of there - fun place.)

Too bad about the view.  I'll try to remember about Butch, next time I'm up that way.

I doubt he'd even remember me, but I still have the Balboa Saloon sweatshirt he gave me!

(Plus a few lurid tales that took place in that area that are completely unsuitable for public forums - hehe...)

It was an enjoyable get together. Ed kept his jacket on the entire time, keeping his moobs partially concealed, which I found to be frustrating and oddly alluring. As for the H&B, I had both stowed on a nearby yacht. Unfortunately, Ed was more concerned with traffic on his drive home, and Jan kept mumbling something about a nap. Alas, I was forced to partake alone. I felt bad for a brief moment, then it went away quickly.

On a more serious note, It really was a very nice affair, and they are both gentlemen of the highest order. I'll be back in the spring and look forward to seeing them again.

I'm looking forward to meeting up in the spring, too.  Maybe we'll succeed in breaking something then.  I just noticed something unusual--I'm the shortest guy in the photo.  That doesn't happen very often.
