There is at least one Caker there that I know of. Unless they have something to show, it doesn't make much sense to spend a lot of money on what is an advertising event of new products. Roland is there - I wonder if they are going through them? @
https://soundcloud.com/a-pleasure-dome http://www.bnoir-film.com/ there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head. 24 And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the Lord. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.

Well. They have introduced last year and this year some cracking stuff. I am really looking forward trying out the new V-combo CR09 stage piano. The Sonar X2A is still very much ahead of it's time. Do you have and use a touch screen?

I was sure we'd see X2B by now. After the X2A release I even got some notifications to bugs I've reported saying they'd been resolved (and the resolution isn't in X2A) so I'm sure development goes on, however now I'm starting to wonder whether X2B is in the forecast at all. That said, I've since also bought Studio One license, and while it's limited on MIDI features (and has no Staff View at all), and a little quirky in terms of keyboard shortcuts and mouse modifiers, and there's no instrument/track templates, I've otherwise been having a very positive experience with it.

I'm ok with the X2b delay, because I'd like to see many of the gripes for X2 addressed. As many have reported, yes, there are known issues and gripes, but not many are debilitating, and none of them put people completely out of work. With that said, I think Sonar needs a choose-able touch interface vs. the current Skylight because Skylight has too many tiny buttons for large fingers, especially when you consider using touch on laptops. As well, and I know there's a mixed bag of opinions on this, but I would prefer Cakewalk retract from the plug-in market and work solely on X2b. There's soo much opportunity in the DAW realm that Cakewalk is overlooking. In fact, one of them screams "touch"....

I don't mind receiving frequent updates. It only takes a minute or so to install, so it's no hassle for us users. (You have no idea how painful it is that cloning midi tracks doesn't work in X2(a) Essential )
