Any Izotope Stutter Edit users out there???

Hey everyone, I'm having an irritating problem with Stutter Edit. Of course, I need to get this track bounced and ready for a mix/master...

I have 3 instances of Stutter Edit on the track. One on a synth buss. One on a vocal buss. And one on the master buss.

The project plays beautifully and sounds great in Sonar. The problem occurs after mixdown. When I mixdown every track it seems stutter edit is making random noises on tracks that shouldn't be getting any instance of stutter edit. It happens on every track, in the same 3 or 4 places, so naturally when all 50 or so tracks play at the same time, the random noises are insanely loud.

I've mixed down with stutter edit before and didn't seem to notice any issues...

Any ideas?

p.s. I just noticed that when the timeline is playing in the project, I solo'd the stutter edit track and it's obviously silent... and will randomly make audible noises... I'm assuming it's related... but why would that be happening?

Is it a demo version on fully licensed? I know some demo plugs are designed to make random hisses as a way to limit the functionality of the plug so you'll buy the full version.

Have you tried doing a real time bounce?

I've used Stutter Edit successfully on many projects; both with realtime and fast bounce options.  However, I tend to route any activity associated with it to a unique buss always NOT the Master. (Not because of problems, I just tend to produce that way.)

I have tried a real time bounce. Didn't help.

I don't use it on master typically. On this particular track I wanted the whole track to do some stutters... so it made sense for me to use it on the master. This is the only track I've ever had this problem on with Stutter Edit... could using it from the master be the problem?
