Any Sonar PE plugins or synths abe to provide Yamaha Motif-like patterns/arpeggiators?

I was wondering if there are software plugins or synths that provide some of the functionality (not necessarily the sounds) of a Yamaha Motif. eg. provide rhythm patterns or arpeggios synced to tempo given chords held down, have a variety of pre-programmed drum patterns w/ variations and drum fills
 
No software will provide ALL the functionality, but there may be partial implementations or workarounds for what the Motif does.
 
I understand one can program patterns of drums and accompaniment and trigger them with Matrix, but that means a lot of programming for the particular songs you want to play, since the patterns don't adapt to just any chord you play, you need to program individual instruments, etc.  On the other hand, I believe in a Motif you select a Style and it's associated to a particular chord pattern or arpeggio that follows your chord and particular instruments sounds are set.  There's also start/stop for drums, tempo is synced for parts and there are hundreds of styles pre-programmed.
