Any books on Cakewalk Music Creator for beginner?

Hi all, I'm a beginner and want to find some books to get start.
Anything like "Music Creator for Dummies?" or similar books?

I love to sing and I want to record some songs I like and put them on a CD
I don't play any instrument, so I'm going to use Karaoke CD and songs, and just record my voice.
Also, some of the songs I like are little too high or too low for my voice, can I change the key/tune?
I want the outcome to be good and professional like.

I'm looking to buy CakeWalk Music Creator 3.0, is this the latest one?
Will this do everything I want from above, and more?

I also want to buy some books on how to use the software, include hardware and set up, such as sound card, ect...

    go to the top of the page and poke around a bit on the site and there are some suggestions of books, most here including myself like Scottgarragus books on cakewalk, find his site and e-mail him for suggestions.

    I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!

    The one I own and find very good and informative is CAKEWALK POWER written by Scott R. Garrigus and published by MUSKA LIPMAN. ISBN # is 1-929685-02-5. Check it out.
