Any chance of develop a new Plugin feature about the tempo?

You know how tempo can be too accurate sometimes? especially with Orchestral music.
Any chance of develop a conducting plug in? so the temple can be a little different? also some presets would be wonderful, like different conductors preset.
Tempo creates a lot of work for people who want the music to flow rather than play accordingly by midi. automation takes too much time.
 
Please consider my proposal.
