Any compatability issues between PE3 &PE4?

Hey All, I'm getting ready to inherit a project tracked on PE4, I'm running PE3. Am I going to encounter any glitches? So far, it's all just tracks, no EQ or compression, etc.....Thanks for any insights.

    it's all just tracks, no EQ or compression

    You will only be missing any special features unique to S4PE. Playback and all other functions common to S3PE will work as expected.
