Any online retailers have X2 Producer to X3 Producer update to dl?

I usually jump and buy the new Sonar version right away, no harm as they all are seperate installs, but I'm waiting until I get to the office on Monday to deal with the large files. (slow connection at home especially with web addicts in the house hoggin' bandwidth)
 
I am also dealing with cash flow issues and was hoping that Sweetwater or another web site would do a installment deal, Sweetwater does but still doesn't have the X2 PRo to X3 Pro $149 upgrade option.
