Now that I'm more curious I took a look and I don't own anything from SAMPLELOGIC. Own most of Kirks stuff but I don't see any connection between the two different company's.
Maybe just a Phishing scam?

Got it - deleted it - didn't open it.

I just checked my system again and found what seems to be a coincidence.
When I search for Samplelogic I do get one hit. It is under Program Files/Common Files/Native Instruments/Service Center/icons
In that folder is a .png file for the controller editor, NeoSoulKeys, KirkHunterStudios, & SampleLogic. It is weird because I am not aware of anything SampleLogic I own unless it was something that came with KompleteU and I have un-installed it.

Got it too. There are a handful of sites running on this domain under a different sub-domain. Could be phishing or harmless. In any case, I don't think Kirk intended for the emails to be sent.

I believe Kirk Hunter did the orchestral stuff for the latest Samplelogic "Morphestra", but it sounds like this email was a mistake. Someone pushed the wrong button I'm guessing.

Looks like Kirk Hunter got hacked, at least wherever he keeps his e-mail list. I use separate e-mail addresses for each company to keep track of them, and this came in on the e-mail provided to Kirk Hunter. So a spammer got in to the system that keeps the e-mail addresses and used them to send out spam.
