Any way to set up a keyboard shortcut for,,,

Sonar X3 -
I see no short cut for toggling the Snap to Landmarks button???
 
I see no shortcuts to toggle or highlight tracks???  (I can ctrl-alt-A to deselect all tracks, but I'd like to walk through tracks and select/deselect tracks with the keyboard...)
 
Does the new Sonar address these items?  (Give me a reason to upgrade!)
