Anybody use HOFA CD-Burn?
I just stumbled across this software and I was wondering if anyone here has heard of it or used it? http://hofa-plugins.de/pages/start_en/hofa-cd-burn-ddp_en.php I'm using CD Architect now (which is great) but it's getting a little long in the tooth, and will not run on newer (64 bit) Windows versions forever. I like to be able to preview audio CDs (to get levels and gaps right etc) before burning. Thanks.

Nope. I'm running CDA on a 64 bit system and have always found it perfect for the job.

Still using CDA - won't work with my Pioneer BD-205 (blu-ray/DVD/CD), but still works great with my DVD/CD burner.

I'm always keeping an eye on things for when my CD Writer or OS or whatever isn't supported anymore (since CDA is dead unfortunately)

I am running CDA and DVD A on my 64bit system and have never had a problem. I am using an ASUS blu ray burner without any problems.
Win 10 Pro x64, 32Gb DDR3 ram, Sonar Platinum, Cubase 9.5, Mackie MCU Pro, Cakewalk VS 100, Roland Octa-Capture, A 800 Pro, Carver M-1.5t amp & C4000 pre amp, various mics, drums and brass instruments. And away we go!

The last software release/update was on Oct. 13, 2011. Maybe other products support DVD/Blu Ray now.

Whoah - I thought it *was* dead. I had no idea Windows 7 and 8 were supported ;-) I'm pretty sure that 5.2d is older than Oct 2011 (that's only two years ago) - but that's great news that it's still "current" ;-)

I downloaded ver 5.2d build 240 in March 2008! That's what is available on the Sony site - and they say it's from Oct 2011. Hmmm....

Well - that's why I thought it was "dead" - since the last update was from early 2008. I'm still not sure where the "Oct 2011" comes from... ;-)

Well that says ver 5.2d build 240, which is exactly what I have installed. Except that my file is dated from 2008.

Well there you go, the software is three years more up to date then you think. The latest version is enhanced by updating the release notes date :) They should have charged you for this patch ! ;)
