Anyone Using 99Sounds Clap Machine?

Today I downloaded the free VST for the Clap Machine which has received high reviews.  I created a new folder in an existing VST directory on my C: drive and placed the downloaded file there.  I clicked the zip file and the individual files appeared as expected including a .dll file.  Upon opening Sonar, the usual scan did not detect anything new.  I went into the VST settings in Preferences and added the new VST Scan Path.  Sonar still did not detect anything new.  I moved the folder to another VST directory already existing on the C: drive and went through the same Scan Path steps.  Still nothing.  The whole process seemed so simple and yet something must be wrong.  Any ideas from those using this plugin?  Thank you.
