Anyone ever buy Submersible Music drumcore and have major problems ?
I have drum core, and have had lousey customer service, plus no serial number in the box, so I can't even register, or use the product. I called, and was told Drumcore was sold to Sonoma Wireworks. The service from them was non-existant... I believe everyone knows there are bugs with the product, but continue to sell it anyway.... and no one wants to make good on it....I got ripped off, how about you...ken8798@gmail.com

I purchased Kitcore as a download, plus a couple of expansion packs. Later I got Kitcore deluxe. I only need support once with regestration after a reinstall and got a reply to my email with the solution in less than an hour. But that was before the buy out. Lets hope Sonoma Wireworks gets with the program and continues to develope and support the product.

Hi Ken- Sorry to hear about your troubles, but it's working fine here. My serial # was on a card included in the package. Have you tried emailing them? The address is orders@drumcore.com Good luck- -Susan

DC 2.5 works fine via Rewire and DC3 works fine via VST in S8PE for me. No problems.

If the serial number card is missing the retail product could be deemed to be faulty you should be able to get the retailer to exchange it.

I own DC3 and KC Deluxe. Generally, if I have questions, I have been emailing the sales dept. They seem to know more due to the fact that they have to sell the product. They usually respond more quickly too.
