Anyone get lucky that Metric Halo works fine with Sonar platinum?

Metric halo character is on sale, and I really want to buy it.
 
But It doesn't work properly with sonar platinum.
 
First time, It seemed to work fine.
 
But Now I have a problem.
 
If I choose some 'character model's, then I can not change the model anymore.
 
For example, If I choose 'Transformer', Then I can change the model to 'valve',
 
But Once I choose 'Classic British Mic Pre', Then I can't change the model anymore, Since altough I click the modle, There is no pop-up of list.
 
I think It occurs randomly. In same project, It work fine sometimes, But The issue occur other time.
 
I like the sound of Character, But This is critical bug. If this issue can be fixed, I'll go for it right away!
 
Sure, I also sent the mail for this to Metric halo support team.
 
FYI, I use it on Sonar platinum x64, and windows7 64bit.
 
Any advice would be appreciated.
