Anyone have any Ex with the Jam hub ? Especialy useing it as headphone outs for Sonar !

Hi all

I am moveing in to a proper studio in the next month and geting my extra gear together I have a list of things I will need and one of them is a headphone amp.

I was thinking rather than geting a headphone amp would useing one of the Jam Hubs work ? 

Then each person in a live recording situation could make there own mix ?

Would this be possible to do and if so how would I do it from sonar out to the Jam hub  ?
