Anyone knows where to find this...? Or: how to set buffer size

Since I didn't get a satisfying answer in a topic I started two months ago in the hardware forum, I'll give it a try here...
 
I have an Edirol FA-66 and a long time ago, on my old system, I had a utility that looked like this:
 

 
Now I want to set the WDM setting to Smaller too on my new PC, but I can't find that control panel anywhere...
 
Does anyone know where I can find it? I have to idea this influences what I can do on the Audio tab in Sonar 8.5 PE. Right now I can only swith between a buffer size in steps of 9 (9, 18, 27, etc. which is 396 samples) and I seem to remember that I could choose smaller steps on my old PC... The Play and Record I/O is now 256 while it was 128 on my old rig. All in all everything seems to be a bit higher/slower/whatever, while my new PC is a LOT faster and so on... Or should I just use what the Wave profiler gives me?
 
Still, I'd like to find that Edoril control panel... Or is this simply gone in Windows 7 64 bit...?

Sonar 8.5 PE, Edirol FA-66, Behringer C-1. All instruments in my songs are VSTi's.

    I can't see your picture, it's blocked from work's firewall because of where you have it stored, I guess.  is your picture one which is of the Edirol's software settings?  page 46 of the manual has a picture of the software settings for the FA-66, is that what you're talking about?  if so, it should be available for the win7x64 drivers as well.  it might look a little different, but it should be there.  have you looked in the START menu items for the FA-66?

    Yep, that's the one! I can't find it. It's not in the Start menu and I searched on the Hard disks for 'Edirol' and 'FA-66'... nothing... Maybe someone who has a FA-66 and Windows 7 and also this control panel could see what the exact name of the file is...? Or where the file should be stored?
