Anyone seen this issue with download?

Hi folks,

Finally pulled the trigger on X1 after sitting on the fence for months - it was the Marathon discount (and Fast Biker Boy's excellent YouTube videos) which finally swung it for me.
Anyhow, downloading X1 itself and the Welcome Pack went fine, but when I try to download either of the Craig Anderton videos, I see the following:

Any thoughts? The error indicates that the link has expired as it's dated 2012-04-28 however I have only just purchased (current date in UK is 2012-04-29). It appears the link was created with an expiry earlier than the server time?

    OK, so I tried to email Customer Support with this issue - got a jokey message saying 'the internet is broken - or at least our little bit of it is'.
    Not funny.
    Any of the Bakers able to help?

    Aargh! Tried again today - same result. Followed the link to report the issue to the web team - guess what? Same error when I submitted the error report.

    Help! Any Baker will do!

    Update - I PM'd one of the Bakers, who kindly passed my issue over to Tech Support. I will post the solution here when I get it.

    I ave the same problem too. As to the Internet being broken I would agree 'their' internet is causing problems. Pages take an age to load and after purchasing the upgrade to Sonar X1 studio I have been waiting for 4 hrs for a serial number so that I can install it.
     
    Slow internet, slow customer support response and eveything on 'special'. Does this situation sound familiar?

    That's at least 3 of us with the same issue now (see clintmartin's post).
    Still no feedback from Tech Support, although it's only been a few days as yet.
