Anyone selling VS-700 system?

I'm in Southern California and just sold a song and have some extra money coming in soon.  I'm planning on buying a V Studio 700 System from a fellow musician.  In case his is sold before I have cash in hand, I'm just posting to see if anyone has a VS-700 system that they have for sale.  I'm looking for one that is in great shape and has the connecting cables, manuals, driver discs etc.  Basically everything that came with it when it was new.
 
I know some people on here say they are being phased out, but this will be a bump up for me so I'm very excited!
