Apogee users?

Do we have anyone here using either Apogee AD16X and DA16X or a Symphony sytem with X1? How are you hooking it up to your system and have you had any issues with your setup at all?

Yes, no problems.  They interface with computer via Lynx AES 16 card.

I run an AD16X into an RME RayDAT card. No problems. When I went looking for a digital I/O card, it came down to either Lynx or RME. I spoke to reps of both companies at the AES convention and while I liked the guys at Lynx a lot, I ended up going with the RME since it had the edge on features--specifically, the TotalMix app.

    Thanks guys.

Steve, that's exactly the route I have been looking at going because the used prices on the AD16X and DA16X seemed to have fallen a bit since I last looked at them. From what I understand the Symphony should work in the same manner using either a Lynx or RME card but then you still need a Mac to configure a Symphony system prior to using on a PC, which is rather lame.
