Applied Acoustics install problems W/ Sonar X1

I have installed all my AAS plugins and when I try to open them in Sonar X1 it says my plugin are not installed correctly. It did it install both the 32 and 64 bit versions. I did install both versions as administrator

 specs
 host Sonar x1c 64bit
 computer Intel I7 64 bit, W7 64 bit 6gigs ram

Thank you for any help!

I remember having installation problems too w/ AAS stuff (same basic i7, x64, X1c configuration).

You definitely need to do the installation w/ Administrator enabled, but it may also make a difference if you authorize the AAS plugins in standalone mode, then rescan inside X1.

And I thought I was the only one.......

I had the same problem. Installed it twice because I thought I messed something up. No difference. Run it as an Administrator, no difference.

It opens as a standalone app from outside X1, but not from within. Anyway, I did find a work around. When you use the insert softsynth option, use the "vst plugins" category and you will hopefully see the "StringStudioVst".

    That worked for me.

    Good luck

The only way I can open UltraAnalog VA-1, String Studio, B4II or FM8 in by using insert/softsynth/vst plugins. I get the same plugin not installed correctly error message when I try them from the initial drop down menu. Don’t know why.
My system is Win 7 Pro, 64 bit Intel I7 with 8 gigs of ram.

    I hope this helps.

AAS support is very good btw....might be worth dropping them a line about some of these issues.

On my DAW, UA, Tassman (while i still had it), String Studio, etc all work as they should, meaning i can load them up from the synth rack.

    Regards
