Are There Any Wavelab 7 Users Out There That Can Help with Shared Plug-Ins?

Hey Folks--

You never appreciate how great the Cakewalk forum users are at helping you until you go to another company's forums (insert .wav of crickets here)

Anyway, I've got WL7 and it has some great plug-ins I'd like to use in X2. (I did not install WL nor X2 in the dafualt folder locations (by design)--FYI).

I can't seem to get X2 to list the WL plug-ins in my audio effects selections. I scan the proper folder(s) in X2 vst options, but the plugs just don't show.

Both the WL and X2 versions I'm using are 64-bit, as is my OS = W7.

Any help is appreciated--as always.

Thanks,

Stephen Davis

There's been a few threads about host-compatibility.... If I only remembered the content.

I would not be surprised if the Wavelab plugins were host dependent.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.
