Are current X1 downloads patched with the X1a patch?

Are current X1 downloads patched with the X1a patch? Or do I need to apply the patch even if I just purchased X1? Well, I tried to download it, but I understand there is a problem with the server.. My Sonars says Build 184.

    Mine's X1a Build 197. So the answer to your question looks like no. I'd double check though.

    It wouldn't hurt to apply the update X1a, even if it is already at X1a.
