Are midi handles working in X1?

You know when you open the Piano Roll View and each midi type data (CC)  has it's own lane.  You use to be able to edit controller data by grabbing a handle and moving it up/down or left/right in the time line.
 
Handles are not showing up for me in X1.  Are they not there in X1?  The reference guide says they are,  but i can't get them to show up.
 
Can someone tell me yes or no so i don't waste anymore time on it.

    Controllers > Show Controller Handles in the PRV menu.

    Yes,  did that,  you can find "Show Controller Handles" in both track view and again in PRV.  I check the option,  still no handles.

    Are you maybe looking at Velocity tails in the controller pane? Velocity is not a true controller; it's a note event parameter. Velocity tails never have a handle.

    Looking at CC#7 and CC#11  volume and expression.  No handles..I have version 8.5 and plenty of handles.

    I changed a lot of colors in the preferences.  Does that effect handles?

    I wouldn't think so, but it might. Did you change controller colors?


    All I know is that controller handles are showing okay here in X1b246.

    Thanks,  at least now I know it should be working.  I'm going to see if the color is available for controllers
