Are there more advanced ways to dictate complex velocities? A specified mass edit command?

I'm trying to not spend 9034850934 hours on editing, what do we know for tricks??

    What is it you're trying to do? If you want to change multiple velocity levels at once (either by enter an exact value or scaling) you can do that with the Event Inspector. Check out this video...
