Humans - the only species that has to work to live on this planet.

Also the only species that has TVs, computers, guitars, holidays in the sun, and an expectation of mortality (and therefore the need to enjoy it while you've got it).  They're probably tied into the whole "work" thing...

Ever watched an ant colony? Or bees? Watch a documentary about lions and see what a lioness has to do to feed the pride. We don't know what work is.

It was meant to be:

'Humans are the only species that have to PAY to live on this Earth'

I've made enough with music production of royalty-free  non-copywritten productioin music to cover my investment since the beginning 25 years ago when I took out a loan at 15 to buy a Roland U-20 keyboard for $1500 U.S.. I spent quite  a bit back in the day of rackmount midi instruments for my musical arsenal. That said, I'm currently not makeing a living with my music but I've had alot of fun and it paid for itself! - Shawn

Pretty much hand to mouth these days here. but we have a nice cozy home and are our own bosses (more or less) so I'm not complaining.
