Argh! Rapture problem

So i have worked on this in SHS7 and now SP8.5 ... still stuck.

When I load a sound into Rapture I start playing. sounds great .. then it fades -- like there is a long LFO controlling the volume .. .and it comes back.  I turn off all filters and envelopes (I believe), the sound plays for a few seconds, volume fades (different for each sound .. but always a few measures into whatever piece I am working on), then the volume comes back.

There are not glitchy sounds, no pops, no distortion ... just the volume fades out and back over a long cycle of several seconds or more.

Other Soft Synths work find ... this only happens in Rapture.

Any ideas??

TIA!

Ahhh -- it is Rapture 1.0 DEMO

I uninstalled that and now Rapture LE is available as a VST.

Makes me want to get Rapture Pro ....
