Assertion Failed

This happens since I format my laptop and reinstal all the programs. 
When I'm opening some of my done projects appears this error message:
 
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library
File/../Synth/ Synthutils.cpp

Expression -1 == iErr
 
(press retry to degug the application - JIT must be enable)
 
 
Please, how can I fix it?

    Windows OS version?

    Run Windows update several times until there are no updates left to install.

    Sorry but we can't see images pointing to your C drive.
