Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release, per VST instrument.

Kontact 5 allows Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release, per instrument.
Aria Player does only for a few and there is not a global setting.
I'm looking for 3rd party plugins or Cakewalk default features that would allow global ADSR control.
For example, Violins (and other Instruments) need to have a smooth fade in by a specific time, sometimes up to 5 seconds after a note has been triggered.
