Audio Clip Section Muting Being Undone

Just wanted to point this out. I've noticed
 
I've noticed that the muted sections of an audio clip (created by the Smart Tool's mute tool) will disappear/undo whenever the clip is moved to another track. Sometimes it'll also happen when splitting the clip.
