Audio Quality of this little part?

Hello,

I am producing an audiobook and mixing on Audio Technica MX40 headphones. They are supposed to be quite flat but I would like an opinion on the mix of this little clip. It is at the end of the audiobook and I have played a little background part here. Im no pianist but I think this sounds ok. So how is the overall tone to you? Does it sound a bit muddy or are those low frequencies ok? Does it sound kid of cenematic-ish? The narrator has a deep voice at this part. It doesn't sound so deep and low end when he speaks louder at other parts.

here is the link. Any input appreciated!

Thanks!

Upload your file to Soundcloud or similar, so that it can be streamed.
No one wants to download unknown files.

The only thing I would comment on is that the narrator's voice, though pleasant and tonally rich, is also too sibilant.
Judicious use of a de-esser will help tame the sibilants.
Otherwise, a nice production.
