Audio Snap Never Saves

Is anyone else having an issue with AS not saving the adjusted transient positions when they reopen a project? In fact I'm having a problem of the markers moving back to their original locations when I simply toggle from audio transients to clip and back to audio transients again. So VERY FRUSTRATING. I've tried bouncing the clip but even then it does not retain the AS adjustments. I've wasted a total of 26 hours now trying to figure this out. Another issue I'm having is that in the rare occurrence of when AS does hold while which back and forth to the clips view upon go back to the audio transients view all of the markers that I've disable are now active again.

Any ideas?

I thought I'd add that I made only a adjustments, moved a couple snares around in crazy spots, using audio snap and saved, closed the project, reopened and the crazy snare moments were still as I left them. Can AS only retain so many marker movements by design? In other words, if I am wanting to use it to help alignment of close mics to overheads in my entire project am I out of luck?

The only work around I've thought of is to spend countless hours aligning everything just how I want it and then reamp one track at a time to recreate a more perfected performance. I'd rather not have to go this route and have AS work as it should though.

I can't replicate a problem with saving either stretched markers or markers re-located without stretching. I can't think why this might not be working for you, but if it continues to be a problem you should bounce the stretched clip to another track to render the stretching before saving the project.

I'm having the same problem. Transient markers don't seem to be saved along with the project data. You can spend hours setting markers, save the project, and they are either gone entirely, in different positions, or in different states.

And, before you inquire, I have taken the "Not A Moron" exam and passed.

Perhaps there is some sequence of commands that will prevent this? Saving in "clip" view, or something strange like that?

It's a shame because I was very interested in this project, but my enthusiasm is waning.
