Audio Snap issue in sonar x1

I am new on forum and i am new in sonar x1 and i have lil issue wit audio snap in my sonar x1 it is when i import some mp3 or wav file into sonar like original song and i add drums or some other stuff from sonar audio lib. i turn on audio snap to line up grooves but audio snap just show me markers on original song..so if anyone can help me and tell me where i getting wrong wit audio snap! forward greatful!!
