Audio dropouts/sound stuttering problem

Hello, for a long, long time I've been trying to fix my problem and yet I havent found an answer. You can feel it mostly playing games when they just mico freeze and also hear weird noises just by listening to music.
Here's a picture from LatencyMon:

Any ideas how can I possibly fix this problem? It's super annoying and I really want to get rid of this.

Thanks in advance.

you need to look into / post the "processes" and "drivers" pages from latency mon after obtaining these results (sorted by most offending process / driver on top)

I see at top of list is video card. If there's a HDMI audio driver try disabling that too. But wifi is #1 bad boy for dpclat latency

Well, can't really turn off wifi since other people are using it.

Don't turn it off forever. Just turn it off while you are working with sonar.

I'm guessing you are on a laptop and your screen has a power saving feature. The driver for your screen seems to be the problem.

In the past, I have disabled the screen in device manager and it has used a different screen driver that had no latency issue. Just a thought. It's been ten years though.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

I'm on a 4k monitor... so the text in your picture is somewhat small.

Looks like the high DPC Latency is the result of your video card.
If you haven't already, try installing the latest driver.
If that doesn't help, you can try different "builds" (previous versions) to see if one is better behaved.
Worst possible scenario, you can swap out the video card.

If changing drivers doesn't help, uninstall the video driver... and test DPC Latency using the generic VGA driver.
If DPC Latency is now low/consistent, I'd swap the video card.

Look for a power saving feature on it as well. Even if it isn't a laptop, it might have a power saving feature you can disable.
