AudioFx affecting midi channel?

Ok I have changed latency, tweaked til I'm blue but I cannot figure out what is going on here:

I have about 5 audio guitar trax, some acoustic some electric...and I also have a DimPro track with midi feeding it...the guitar trax have multiple fx different on each track...

If I play the tracks without the fx bins the midi/ DimPro plays fine...

If I add the fx to the separate audio tracks the DimPro only plays like every 5th note but it is very random...

I can bounce the midi/DimPro to a track my problem is I need to hear ALL the tracks with the effects running to make sure the DimPro matches...(it's syncing with a phaser/wahwah effect in the fx bin that I cannot play)

So what would cause my midi/synth to miss?

The midi data is all there...if I delete the audio affects from the other tracks it goes back to playing full file...

I'm using SOnar Platinium on a 6 core Lynx Audio machine and a ton of vintage pre-amps/eq's/comps I build for fun and sometimes money, REDD.47/API/Neve I also use the UAD stuff, and also use a Macbook Logic 9 through Apogee...

changed number of buffers in midi...fixed.

I never change much from original...spent 4 hours fighting this I suppose I should look into tweaking it a bit...
