Audiosnap Transient detection by Pitch?

Is there a plugin like audiosnap that detects transients by pitch? I want to edit timing and I want to detect transients by pitch change.

A lot of people are afraid of heights. Not me, I'm afraid of widths.

On a single monophonic track, Melodyne will do that.

On a single monophonic track, Melodyne will do that. An acoustic guitar track will work too.
Just not complex material (i.e. distorted guitar or full mixes)
