Audiosnap keybinding not working - Platinum

In Sonar Platinum, when I press "alt + A", it turns the autozoom on and off (same as "shift + z").  I even reassigned "alt + A" to show audio palette in the keybinding page in preferences.  Its not showing the audiosnap box.  I have to go to the view menu and select it from there.  Is anyone else having this issue?

    Alt+A was working as avertized for me before I changed it back to just A (the X3 default), and assigned Alt+A to Select All Audiosnapped/Slipstretched. All I can suggest is to doublecheck you keybindings, and maybe unset/reset some.
     
    Make sure you don't have Alt+A assigned differently in Global and Track or other Areas..
