Auditioning current event while tabbing through notes/transients?

Is it possible to hear current note/audio slice when tabbing through notes/transients? It would greatly save my eyes during some timing corrections.

    I'm assuming you're talking about AudioSnap? If so...

    Press Tab to move the Now Time cursor to the next transient. Then just press the Spacebar to start playback from that point. Press the Spacebar  again to stop playback and return the cursor to it previous position. If the cursor is not returning for you, then you need to choose Options > On Stop, Rewind to Now Marker from the Track view menu.

    Well, actually it was in context of syncing MIDI using Set Bar/Beat at Now. I've opened a MIDI track in the Piano Roll view and started tabbing through notes. When I came to start of measure 2 (thi MIDI file was heavily out of sync), I pressed Shift+N to set the start of measure 2 there. So I'd like to hear current note(s) as I tab through them.

    I think the same could apply to AudioSnap too, except instead of hearing current "note", the slice from current to next AudioSnap marker would be played.
