Auto Add Fades on Split

Is there a way to do this? Everytime an audio file stops or starts I get a small snip or pop and I have to manually do it, Thanks
...Also when punching in and out 
 
I have Sonar le and music creator 6

    There should be a setting (option) to use zero crossings.  That adjusts splits to happen at a zero crossing which should eliminate the snap or pop.

    I don't know of a way to automatically add fades on a split.
