AutoTune: What stupid thing did I forget?

Ok...
 
I haven't used AutoTune since the last project with this same group.  I know its going to sound very newbie of me, but I can seem to get this plugin to work. 
 
As I remember you just patch the effect, and set the key.  Right?
 
Its not working.  What stupid thing did I forget?

    I got it.  Had the pitch tracking option set to [1].
