Automap 4.X and ProChannel - Can It Be Done?

Can Automap be used with ProChannel? So far I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Has anyone got it to work?

i haven't been able to use all the parameters of the PC with my control surface (Mackie C4)
I'm praying that they fix this someday- it would be SO good for my workflow

Looks like the way to go is NOT to use Automap for PC but ACT instead.

@Cakewalk & Focusrite...Where do we stand on this? Will ProChannel ever be Automap 4.X enabled?

you have to remember auto-map works off the vst DLL's in some cases.. to get it to work for stuff outside of that , you have to use the midi functionality of it I guess. I gave up tbh

someone from novation does post here..

I understand that. That is why posed the question to Cakewalk and Novation.  I gave up a while back too BTW.  Couldn't figure out how Automap would know if Prochannel was open let alone which instance. Seems like something that could be easily be resolved with a special preset created by Novation if they and Cakewalk got together. Definitely would be mutually beneficial for them.  ProChannel is sweet and Novation makes great control surfaces. So... What say you Cakewalk and Novation?

    +1

I haven't looked at it since the early days of X1, but I gave up at that time and used another midi controller for PC.
