    Good question. What do you want to automate?
    Arp on/off?

    Sonar X2 Producer. Focusrite Saffire 6, Fender Strat, black PC for recording and mixing. That is all.

    Yes you can. Just write enable the midi track, press play, and use the little arrows to select the number of octaves while the song's playing back.
