Automatic Problem Report

I'll start by saying I like lots of things about X2.  However, I have had tight deadlines recently and it keeps crashing, I end up returning to X1 to finish the projects.

Upon the crash, the problem reporter comes up and I always submit.  It then assigns a CWBR...number to check the status.  When I check on the status, they all say "awaiting review".  Anyone actually have a status that was "reviewed" after being submitted via the problem reporter?

Figured I would bump while I am sitting through another crash, waiting to open my project, again.  This is getting out of hand and costing me lots of time.

The crashes dont seem to happen until the project(s) reach some undetermined level of complexity.  Plug ins, Automation, Effects, Sends, track count.  So far as I can tell, there is not one specific thing that causes the crashes.  Anyone else getting alot of crashes?

Since all my automatic problem reports stay in "awaiting review" limbo, maybe they are busy studying crashes from other users?
