Automating The 'Send' ON/OFF Button??

Noticed a handy button on the 'Bus Send' (well, I use it for Effects) in X1... The options for automation is grayed out.. Is it me or is this an oversight by Cakewalk... BTW, is there a way to get more than 2 Sends visible on a track without switching?

    AFAIK the send on/off isn't automatable, I wish it was. I use a stepped send level to achieve the same result.

    The 2 sends thing I'm assuming you mean in the CV, in which case not at the moment but you've just given me another idea for a screenset. I'll post it if it works out as I think it might.
