Autotune problem

Hi, I'm trying to use autotune 5 with sonar 4. It's registered and I can bring it up as a VST/DXI synth, but I can't get it to work.

Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, or need to do, it's probably something simple; when I drag an audio track to the autotune track, no sound can be heard. Anyone have any suggestions what might be the problem?

    Insert it just like any other VST or DX to the audio track. Is there something im missing as to why your dragging the audio track to the track that has autotune on it.

    Hey, thanks for the reply. When I insert it as DXI synth, it creates a separate/new track which has no effect on the audio track I'm trying to tune; then if I drag the audio to the new track, still nothing happens. Just trying both ways, but neither works. Does this sound different from your setup?

    Basically, I'm not getting any sound at all from the autotune track/insert, all other audio is fine; I thought maybe it's something to do with my soundcard input/output on the VST/DXI, I don't know why I'm not hearing anything.

    Don't use the synth rack. Right click in the fx bin and choose insert DXi...
