Evenin all, can someone tell me how to make picture to fit the required size. I know to go to my profile and I can pick an avatar or use a jpeg for my avatar but the required size is 145 x 145 and only 10kb most pic I have are 200kb or more, Thanks for your time on this..

thx, dave! have you got a photo editor of some kind? if not, download a free one or a trial one from
www.download.com
and you can open your pix file, resize it to 145x145 and save it as a jpg.

To resize it in length and breadth, you will have to
resample
it, and save it as jpg .
To resize it in bytes, you will have to
change the compression
while saving. That's also important. So far I remember, it should be less than 10 kb.
